🏢 Red Orange Limited is looking for a motivated, creative, and enthusiastic individual to join the Share-Net Bangladesh (SNBD) team as an Intern.
📌 Position: Intern – Share-Net Bangladesh (SNBD)

📍 Location: Banani, Dhaka

💡 Key Responsibilities:
1.⁠ ⁠Develop and produce engaging website content, articles, reports, and other written materials in both English and Bangla for RedOrange and Share-Net Bangladesh.
2.⁠ ⁠Create social media content, design relevant visual materials, and manage posting across key platforms to enhance visibility and audience engagement.
3.⁠ ⁠Prepare regular newsletters and other communication products for dissemination to stakeholders and members.
4.⁠ ⁠Provide communication support for major events such as the annual Knowledge Fair, including concept notes, programme schedules, event page content, presentations, and post-event reports.
5.⁠ ⁠Support the Share-Net Bangladesh team in knowledge management, stakeholder coordination, and implementation of communication-related activities.
6.⁠ ⁠Contribute to the development of various Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials including posters, flyers, brochures, banners, and other creative assets.
7.⁠ ⁠Assist the audio-visual team with scriptwriting, subtitling, and content development for video productions.
8.⁠ ⁠Collaborate with RedOrange’s program and creative teams on both short-term and long-term projects, providing copywriting and communication expertise as needed.
9.⁠ ⁠Monitor and report on communication performance metrics and keep the Share-Net project team updated on outreach and engagement results.
10.⁠ ⁠Stay updated on trends in SRHR, communication strategies, and digital media to ensure relevant and impactful content.
11.⁠ ⁠Enhance the organization’s reputation by taking ownership of assigned tasks and proactively identifying opportunities to add value.
12.⁠ ⁠Perform any other duties as assigned by RedOrange management.

🎓 Requirements:
1.⁠ ⁠Students or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
2.⁠ ⁠Strong writing skills in both English and Bangla.
3.⁠ ⁠Candidates with an IT background will be given preference, as the role also involves supporting and updating website content from time to time.
4.⁠ ⁠Good communication and organizational skills.
5.⁠ ⁠Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work in a collaborative environment.
