Why society needs gender equality

An evidence has been provided by global research that, the critical linkage of educational status and it is being one of the key factors that deters from equal participation in socioeconomic activities with men and strengthens inequality between sexes. Women in Bangladesh are still restricted within their home from birth with the perception that they will go away to other home after their marriage. Hence, they do not need education!
