Women Aid & Youth Development Organization (In Bengali - Nari Seba O Jubo Unnayan Sangstha) in short as WAYDO is a Cox's Bazar-based Bangladeshi youth and women led development non-profit organization committed to providing career-oriented and skill-based services to empower the next generation as well as to develop them as good citizens in the year 2022 AD (June 1st). ) established the longest beach in the east known as the queen in Cox's Bazar district. It is basically an organization which is the journey of some emerging young women of Cox's Bazar to create planning and development ideas and to create women leadership and to play a role in women's empowerment, creativity and talent development of children and adolescents. Which is to reduce the unemployment rate, increase and develop skills to empower and self-reliance of young women through technology, increase English language skills, move the country forward through online e-commerce, freelancing income and develop Digital Bangladesh to become a developed country. The main goal of this organization is to provide skilled citizens and employment through self-employment programs with full cooperation to Bangladesh Government. First, in 2022, the Humanitarian Enhancement Aid for Resilient Transformation-HEART Society take the initiative as the sister concern as Women Platform Innovation and the mindset to develop this organization as an independent organization was created. Because, in 2017, the world's largest Rohingya infiltration occurred in Cox's Bazar district of Bangladesh, which is called Cox's Bazar as a Rohingya populated area. One of the border upazilas of this remote district is Teknaf where the potential youth and student society in the aggression of drugs, the horrible and lonely in the trafficking of women and children and under its influence the poor youth society, women and children of the remote areas are constantly turned into ruins. Thousands of youths, children and women die every day and sink into the abyss of time, seeing the devastating picture of unemployment, youth, children and adolescents, humanitarian workers and social entrepreneurs Humanitarian Enhancement Aid for Resilient Transformation-HEART on behalf of the organization The founder, Mr. Jobair Mahmud, through his creative thinking, took the initiative to establish an organization with the support of 35 like-minded young women members with the aim of building a multifaceted career, empowering generation, including youth and women development, reducing unemployment and self-reliance, creating new venture-friendly employment, and with the cooperation of all, a contemporary name. With "Women Aid & Youth Development Organization (In Bengali - Nari Seba O Jubo Unnayan Sangstha) in abbreviated as WAYDO named the organization. With 9 skilled management, the organization has been managing and implementing multifaceted social development activities at the district, divisional and national levels.
