Key takeaways from the Abstract Writing Workshop

Share-Net organized an online Abstract Writing Workshop for interested young researchers. It was the first activity related to this year’s online conference: “From Hubs to Bubs: Linking research, policy and practice (LRPP) – The international edition.”

The workshop was conducted by Billie de Haas (University of Groningen) and Assefa Seme Deresse (University of Addis Ababa). The workshop aimed to provide reflection exercises with examples, input and suggestions as well as a writing exercise including a peer-review session for writing the background, methods, results, and conclusions sections of a good abstract.
