International Youth Day 2016: Youth Leading Sustainability

International Youth Day is an awareness day assigned by United Nations.This day is observed on 12th August every year to create an opportunity for governments and others to draw attention to youth issues worldwide.

This year, the theme of the 2016 International Youth Day (12 August) is “The Road to 2030: Eradicating Poverty and Achieving Sustainable Production and Consumption”. The theme focuses on the involvement of youth to ensure poverty eradication and achieving sustainable development through sustainable consumption and production by 2030.
