8th Asia Pacific Conference on Reproductive and Sexual Health and Rights

The Asia Pacific Conference on Reproductive and Sexual Health and Rights or APCRSHR is a biennial gathering of civil society, young people, academia, government, media, private sector, and development partners from the region concerned about sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR).

The 8th APCRSHR will examine the responses to the 2014 conference challenges posed to governments, civil society, young people, scholars and researchers, media professionals, development partners and the United Nations System. It will then focus on generating new paradigms and strategies for action across and within countries in the region.

The conference will take place from 23-26 February 2016 in Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar. It will include several formats, namely: plenary sessions; parallel sessions; satellite sessions and poster presentations.
