Shushilan mainly involve in SRHR intervention from 2007 and the main focuses of the interventions were awareness, campaign, referral, social mobilization, establish linkage with service providers, monitoring and progress sharing.Currently Shushilan is implementing SRHR project in broader aspect and implementing more than five project with the support of different donor.

• Mobilizing Youth group, Adolescents, parent teacher association, local elites, GoB and LGI personnel, Men & Women, Religious group.
• Awareness, campaign, summit, referral, social mobilization, establish linkage with service providers, support to ensure quality service, capacity development of the service providers, strengthen accountability and transparency.
• Working with community support group, UH&FWC management committee, NGO network, standing committee, social welfare sector, Health and Family planning sector, Youth development department, women affairs department, LAW and enforcement agency, other local network and Shushilan is also member of different network.
• Advocacy at local level, regional level, district level and to some extent at national level with community, LGI, GO, NGO, like minded organization, divisional summit, seminar, district level advocacy meeting, round table meeting with Journalist, GoB personnel, DGFP
• Participate in national and international conference on SRHR to share our experience and contribute in strategic priority development.
• More than 300 skilled staffs on SRHR are working with Shushilan
• Continue maintaining project progress report and preserving all the database including supporting government, department with different data and information.
• Prepare twelve types of IEC/BCC materials and published more than 200000 lack and distributed to the target group/ areas
• Operational research conducted on Empowering Women on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights and Choice of Safe Menstrual Regulation (MR) and Family Planning (F) and the document is available
• Developed MR & MRM guideline, booklet
• Published newsletter regular basis
• Shushilan has gender policy, child protection policy, staff code of conduct, sexual harassment policy to maintain system and decipline
