Job Responsibilities

• As a member of the Senior Management Group, contribute to the building of FPAB into an outstanding service delivery institution.
• Envision, plan, provide technical assistance and guide systems and processes for effective deployment of programmes in the areas of Safe Abortion Service, HIV & AIDS related service, Access to quality sexual and reproductive health care (including family planning services) and Working with Adolescent and Youth
• Develop/update training manuals and organize clinical and counseling training on Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) and ensure that service providers meet national standards.
• Develop commercially viable high-quality training package on SRH for service providers and other international/national/government organizations.
• Develop innovative ideas/intervention models and research-oriented initiatives for enhancing the delivery of medical/clinical services. (read more)
