Major Responsibilities:

• S/he will report to the Head of Programmes and work time to time with Senior Advisor SRHR and Gender
• Contribute pro-actively in developing new programmes in SRHR and Gender to support the strategic direction of the organisation and guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services
• Keep in touch with national and international organisations working on SRHR and gender
• Develop and implement operational plans for the projects together with the Head of Programmes
• Develop an evaluation method together with the Manager M&E to assess programme strengths to identify areas of improvement

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social science, preferably MDS or MPH
• Work experience: at least 3 years
• Proven interest in knowledge about SRHR and Gender
• Proven research experience in SRHR and Gender
• Networking skills

Salary: Negotiable
