Job Context
Community Development Association (CDA) a Dinajpur based NGDO, accountable to facilitate to ensure access to Land Rights among the rural land less poor men & women including ethnic communities in the northern region of Bangladesh. CDA has been implementing `Sustainable Organization for Land Rights and Agrarian Reform (SOLAR)` an integrated long term program requires the following experienced & qualified men & women candidates having skills on communication &excellent command in English,report writing and speaking as well as able to pickup ideas from the field level staying with the Rural poor and contribute to achieve the ESCR, Civil & Political Rights.
